Operational Readiness

Client:

A Queensland copper mine was placed into care and maintenance for 5 years and was provided capital to recommence operations. Wisely Group was engaged to deliver operational readiness and process development for the mine in maintenance, inventory and logistics functions.

• Developed the Pronto Maintenance System (CMMS)
• Reviewed existing data, systems and processes including equipment structure master data, preventive maintenance processes, made recommendations and changes as required.
• Established the stores catalogue and inventory management system
• Completed a functional review of the entire supply chain process including inventory catalogue data validity and management processes.
• Developed training documentation
• Transitioned CMMS maintenance and warehousing data from Ellipse to Pronto
• Developed master data upload sheets for maintenance and inventory for transition from Ellipse into Pronto.

A specialised team was established and a turn-key solution was delivered that integrated into the start-up operations. The work was performed remotely and onsite to minimise costs, improve client engagement and meet delivery timeframes
