Mackay Sugar Clarification Electrical Upgrade

Client: Mackay Sugar Limited Racecourse Mill

Wisely Services Electrical Team successfully completed upgrades to the Mackay Sugar Limited Racecourse Mill, from safety and quality perspectives.

The project scope included modification of the new clarification switchroom/switchboard and the removal of the ex-clarification switchboard, field cabling, local isolators, cable ladder and auxiliary support. Following this, the works included the complete installation/termination of all the required new field cabling, local isolators, cable ladder and auxiliary cable support for the defined drives fed from the clarification switchroom.

Our commitment to our client was the provision of qualified and experienced personnel for supervision of the installation and qualified and experienced tradespeople for the installation/connection and commissioning of the electrical and control system equipment.

The overall project was delivered by multiple disciplines including, supervisors, electricians, trades assistance, boilermakers and scaffolders.
