The founder of Wisely, Bob Wisley boasts more than 33 years experience in the resources sector. Bob’s commitment to further enhancing business relationships enjoyed by Wisely is unparalleled,  this is the cornerstone on which the business was established and why it continues to prosper as a result.

Noel has an exceptional history of project delivery, leadership & strong technical expertise. Noel’s strategic focus, combined with a reputation for building culture and effectiveness, will ensure the continued growth of the Asset Management and Professional Services division of Wisely into a market leader.

 

PAUL HANNAY

MANAGER-SERVICES

Having held a number of roles across processing and maintenance disciplines managing large teams and financial responsibilities, Paul prides himself on accountability and peak performance across his Department. Exposure to a wide range of metallurgical processes and a broad array of fixed and mobile equipment and infrastructure in an operating and shutdown environment has allowed Paul to establish a holistic management perspective with a distinct focus on ensuring Zero Harm to people, equipment and the environment.

 

LEE JANSEN

MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCES AND COMPLIANCE

Lee comes to Wisely with 10+ years’ experience in the Human Resources industry, after completing studies with Central Queensland University.  Lee brings a vast amount of experience in operational HR practices working across diverse businesses in the resources sector.  Lee is tasked with heading up the Human Resources and Compliance areas, ensuring business support activities are aligned to the overall company values and strategic plan.

 

DIANNE QUINN

MANAGER-COMMERCIAL

Dianne has the responsibility of overseeing Wisely’s financial and commercial activities and has had many years of experience in similar roles. Dianne and her team provide financial assurance and support the business in making sound strategic decisions and achieving compliance, growth and sustainability.
