PAUL HANNAY

MANAGER-OPERATIONS

 

Having held a number of roles across processing and maintenance disciplines managing large teams and financial responsibilities, Paul prides himself on his ability to maintain accountability for delivery of expectations required of his Department. Exposure to a wide range of metallurgical processes and a broad array of fixed and mobile equipment in an operating and shutdown environment has allowed Paul to establish a holistic management perspective with a distinct focus on ensuring Zero Harm to people, equipment and the environment.

 

 

 

LEE JANSEN

MANAGER-HUMAN RESOURCES

 

Lee comes to Wisely with 10+ years’ experience in the Human Resources industry, after completing studies with Central Queensland University.  Lee brings a vast amount of experience in operational HR practices working across diverse businesses in the resources sector.  Lee is tasked with heading up the Human Resources department, ensuring HR activities are aligned to the overall company values and strategic plan.
